ExpandoHeat Technology employs proprietary formulated microwave absorbing materials to allow for controlled conversion of microwave energy into thermal energy. Our technology was tested with microwave generator with 2.45 GHz frequency and 140W power.
By optimizing parameters of microwave absorbing materials we are creating an optimal balance between thermal and microwave heating. This can be customize for any surgical application in order to achieve a desired result.

Similar to LigaSure tissue fusion instruments by Covidien, ThermoStapler by EMED (European medical device company). Similar to Isolator Synergy ablation system by AtriCure to treat Atrial Fibrillation.

ExpandoHeat technology can be incorporated with surgical staplers produced by Medtronic, Ethicon or Teleflex to reduce risk of bleeding and infection.
